By downloading, installing, or playing Protocol Breach ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Game. By using the Game, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You do not own the Game or any of its content.
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be traded, sold, or transferred outside the Game.
The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Game is immediately revoked.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the Game operator is located.
